EXCLUSIVE: Sherryl Clark, who had served as a consultant to The H Collective, has now joined the company as its new President of Production while former FOX Networks Group veteran Del Mayberry has been hired as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. In addition, the company has moved other executives up. This all comes after a week of big announcements including a distribution and marketing deal with Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions and the acquisition of xXx franchise with Vin Diesel’s One Race Films.

Clark will start in her new post on May 15. Mayberry has already begun working at The H Collective.

In addition to Clark and Mayberry, the company also promoted Jenna Sanz-Agero from EVP Business Affairs and Operations to Chief Operating Officer and has upped Ivy Sun from CFO to Chief Strategy Officer. All of these executives will report directly to CEO Nic Crawley.

“Jenna and Ivy have been instrumental in helping this company grow exponentially in such a short amount of time. The addition of Sherryl and Del, who both have a proven track record in production and finance, create a strong, diversified management team at a pivotal point as The H Collective enters into production on the next installment of xXx and our distribution deal with Sony,” said The H Collective CEO Nic Crawley.

While acting as a consultant to The H Collective, Clark was credited with the recent acquisition of Aaron W. Sala’s horror thriller spec The Beast, which she is also on board to produce.  In her new role, she will oversee all aspects of production across The H Collective slate which includes an untitled horror feature produced by James Gunn, starring Elizabeth Banks and Christopher Cantwell’s The Parts You Lose starring Aaron Paul, Scoot McNairy and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. She most recently produced John R. Leonetti’s horror Wish Upon as well as Gabriele Muccino’s drama Fathers & Daughters under her Busted Shark Productions banner.

Mayberry is now overseeing the company’s global financial strategy, accounting and administrative operations and will serve as an important catalyst for the company’s burgeoning cross-border and cross-industry business activities around the globe. At his previous job, the longtime CFO of Fox Networks Group, Mayberry played a key role in the formation of Fox Broadcasting, Fox Sports, National Geographic Partners and the growth of FX Networks and FOX’s International Channels.

Sanz-Agero joined The H Collective last November after consulting since the company’s launch in June. Her new role as COO will see her continue to supervise the company’s global business and legal affairs and liaise directly with its global strategic partners.

Sun moves from her role as CFO to Chief Strategy Officer and will work closely with the management team to develop and execute the global company strategy, focusing on capital market development and global partnership strategy for The H Collective.
