Jackson White (The Middle), Marry Me and Happy Endings alumna Casey Wilson, Owen Teague (Bloodline) and Jen Richards (I Am Cait) are set as series regulars opposite Kathryn Hahn in Mrs. Fletcher, HBO’s comedy pilot based on The Leftovers author Tom Perrotta’s bestselling novel.

Written by Perrotta and to be directed by Nicole Holofcener, Mrs. Fletcher is about an empty-nest mom, Eve Fletcher (Hahn), and her college-student son, Brendan Fletcher (White), who embrace their newfound freedom with mixed results.

White’s Brendan is a popular — though sometimes clueless — jock and aspiring frat boy who finds college a little more complicated than he expected.

Wilson is Jane Rosen, a happily married mother of academically gifted twins. She is Eve’s close friend, a reliable source of emotional support and unsolicited advice.

Teague portrays Julian Spitzer, a high school classmate of Brendan’s, a smart but underachieving skater who’s stuck in his hometown after graduation, trying to figure out what happens next.

Richards, a transgender activist, writer, actress and producer, plays Margo Fairchild, a trans woman who teaches a community college course on Gender and Society. Having recently transitioned, Margo is still in the process of adjusting to her new identity.

Perrotta and Holofcener executive produce the pilot alongside Jessi Klein and Sarah Condon.

White is a newcomer whose first job was a recurring role on The Middle this season. He also recently wrapped an arc in CBS’ SEAL Team that will air in May.

Wilson starred on comedy series Marry Me and Happy Endings. She recently finished filming a guest role in Ball Street, Showtime’s pilot created by Wilson’s husband, David Caspe, and Jordan Cahan, directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg. Wilson also co-hosts the podcast Bitch Sesh with Danielle Schneider.

Teague is known for his role as Nolan Rayburn in Netflix’s Bloodline and for his co-starring turn in horror hit It. Teague recently wrapped a starring role opposite Gary Oldman in Tucker Tooley Entertainment’s feature Mary and has a recurring role in the pilot Locke & Key, currently in turnaround after a pass at Hulu.

Richards is the co-writer, star and producer of the Emmy-nominated and Peabody-winning web series Her Story. Richards was a series regular on E!’s I Am Cait, co-producer of documentary More Than T for Showtime and writer of its accompanying series Trans 102. Richards also has been seen on CBS’ Doubt, CMT’s Nashville, FX’s Better Things, Seeso’s Take My Wife and in the film Easy Living.

White is repped by the Progressive Artists Agency. Wilson is repped by UTA, Christie Smith at Rise Management and Ziffren Brittenham. Teague is repped by Brevard Talent Group, CAA, Management 360 & Myman Greenspan. Richards is repped by Innovative Artists.
