Blanchette will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of all marketing, publicity and corporate public relations for FMNA, setting the brand management strategy across the entire portfolio. He’ll report to FMNA President of Commercial Operations Rick Glankler and will be based at the company’s headquarters in Burbank, California.
With two decades of marketing experience, Blanchette most recently served as head of Hulu Originals Marketing. Since joining Hulu in 2015, he oversaw the launches of all Hulu Originals including Casual, The Looming Tower and the 360-degree marketing campaign for the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning The Handmaid’s Tale. He previously spent 11 years as a marketing executive at HBO in New York City, finishing his tenure as Director, Consumer Marketing, overseeing campaigns for Game of Thrones, True Blood, Silicon Valley and Veep. Blanchette began his career with roles at Radio City Entertainment and Fine Line Features/New Line Cinema.
