China is the big focus at Mip TV in Cannes so it’s no surprise that Endemol Shine has revealed that it is selling Chinese format Puzzle Masters at the market. The superindie has struck a deal with China’s Vision Media to launch the local format internationally.
The show, which launched in China on Jiangsu Satellite TV in January, is a competition format for young undiscovered puzzle wizards who are looking for a challenge and want to be mentored by the best “puzzle masters” the world has to offer.
This original Chinese format was co-developed by Endemol Shine China and Vision Media.
This comes after Endemol Shine Group announced a deal to co-develop and distribute two series, including a variety show with Chinese SVOD service Youku.
