CBS continued to control Thursday, bolstered by 8-10 PM wins with its strong comedy slate.

That included The Big Bang Theory (2.3, 12.52M), Young Sheldon (1.9, 11.57M), Mom (1.4, 8.99M), and Life in Pieces (1.1, 6.52M) all taking their half hours.  Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon both beat their Big Four timeslot competitors combined in total viewers.

NBC’s Superstore (0.8, 3.17M) and AP Bio (0.6, 2.13M) came in on par with previous week — but, a Will & Grace repeat (0.5, 2.25M) at 9 PM caused Champions (0.4, 1.68M) to tumble.

At 10 PM, however, NBC’s Chicago Fire (1.0 5.48M) took over the timeslot lead in both ratings metrics at 10 PM, with a three-week high in total viewers, besting CBS’ S.W.A.T. (0.9, 5.34M) and ABC’s Scandal (0.9, 4.18).

Fox’s Showtime at the Apollo (0.7, 2.74M) managed at 0.7 demo rating after six consecutive telecasts at 0.6, airing at 9 PM after Gotham (0.7, 2.36M).

CBS (1.4, 8.38M) handily took the night, followed by ABC (1.2, 5.58M). NBC (0.7, 3.36M) tied Fox (0.7, 2.55) in the demo.

CW (0.5, 1.31M) followed, with a night of Supernatural (0.5, 1.53M) and Arrow (0.4, 1.09M).
