
Longtime producing partners Rand Ravich and Far Shariat have signed an overall deal with HBO. Under the multi-year pact, the duo will develop and executive produce new series for the premium cable network.
Ravich and Shariat’s TV producing credits include three drama series created by Ravich: NBC’s Life, a cop drama starring Damian Lewis, and thriller Crisis and Fox’s sci-fi-themed Second Chance.
Ravich and Shariat’s feature producing credits include George Clooney’s Confessions of a Dangerous Mind as well as The Astronaut’s Wife, the 1999 film written and directed by Ravich that starred Johnny Depp and Charlize Theron.
Ravich is repped by CAA and attorney Carlos Goodman. Shariat with CAA and attorney Jeffrey Frankel.
