Kristin Stark Promoted In Marketing Ranks At Amblin Partners

Kristin Stark, who has spent two decades at Amblin (DreamWorks), has been upped to senior VP, marketing and communications for Amblin Partners and will now manage all aspects of Amblin’s marketing efforts. She will work closely with distribution partners around the world while continuing to report to marketing exec VP Marvin Levy and corporate communications exec VP Susan Fleishman.

“She is a brilliant colleague who continues to demonstrate and expand her executive skills and marketing talents,” said Levy. “A phenomenal manager, she has earned the respect not only of all of us here at Amblin but also from other companies who have worked with her on our projects.”

Stark most recently served as senior VP of publicity but, after 20 years at the company (when it was formerly known as DreamWorks Studios), has worked on so many of the company’s multiple Oscar nominated films such as American Beauty, Gladiator, The Help, Bridge of Spies, and The Post. She is working currently on Ready Player One.
