
Netflix has given a 10-episode series order to Chambers, an hourlong supernatural drama.


Created and written by Leah Rachel, with Akela Cooper (Marvel’s Luke Cage) as showrunner and Stephen Gaghan as executive producer, Chambers centers on a young heart attack survivor becomes consumed by the mystery surrounding the heart that saved her life. However, the closer she gets to uncovering the truth about her donor’s sudden death, the more she starts taking on the characteristics of the deceased — some of which are troublingly sinister.
Rachel, Gaghanvia his Super Emotional and Cooper executive produce with Turner’s digital content studio Super Deluxe where the project was developed. It is the studio’s first full-length TV series.
In addition to Netflix’s Luke Cage Marvel drama, Cooper’s series credits include V, Grimm, The 100 and American Horror Story: Roanoke. She is repped by ICM Partners, Rise Management, and attorney Gregg Gellman.
Rachel is repped by WME, Anonymous Content and lawyer Greg Slewett. Gaghan is repped by CAA and Hansen Jacobson.
