When users of Hulu logged in today, they were probably faced with an error message as the streaming service was down. This is the second night in a row that Hulu has suffered some technical difficulties.
In a series of tweets on the Hulu Support Twitter account, the streaming platform said they were made aware of the login issues and that a “fix has been put into place to address it.”
“We encourage users to attempt login once again,” they tweeted. “Please know that the work will continue to prevent this from happening in the future.”
A similar tweet was posted last night as users faced the same problem. “If you’re running into login trouble, don’t worry — Our developers are on the case!” they reassured.
About an hour later, they tweeted, “Due to the number of users affected by this issue, traffic that has been re-routed to other servers may be slowing down your ability to login. Please know that our team is working hard to bring all servers back to full health.”
According to DownDetector.com, technical issues started yesterday evening with reports coming around 7 PM EST with login issues persisting until 4 AM EST. Today issues started after 4 PM EST, but as of now, everything seems to be under control.
