Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, the studio behind the Emmy-winning stop-motion series, Robot Chicken, has secured a two year first-look deal with 20th Century Fox Film to development animated and family hybrid/live-action projects.
Co-founded by Seth Green, John Harvatine IV, Matthew Senreich and Eric Towner, Stoopid Buddy Stoodios is also home to Sony Crackle series SuperMansion starring Bryan Cranston, Buddy Thunderstruck for Netflix, and Adult Swim’s Hot Streets. The company is in post-production on its first live-action film, Changeland.
The Burbank-based studio, known for its stop-motion, puppetry, CG and 2D-animated content, has set an untitled Sword project as the first project under the new pact with Fox.
