Sam Daly (Madam Secretary) is set to appear opposite Shameik Moore, Wesley Snipes, T.I. and more in the RZA-directed post-Katrina heist drama, Cut Throat City, which is shooting in New Orleans. Written by P.G. Cuschieri, the pic follows four boyhood friends who return to New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward after Hurricane Katrina to find their home decimated and prospects for work swept away.
