High Noon Entertainment has promoted five execs, upping Scott Feeley to SVP Programming & Development, Jon Khoshafian to VP Creative & Business Affairs as well as Julia Plant, Mary-Catherine Parent and Abby Spudich to Development Manager.
Feeley will continue to report to CEO Jim Berger. In his expanded role, Feeley oversees both development and current. He is tasked with generating new character driven docuseries and creating original formats for both U.S. broadcast and cable networks as well as managing High Noon’s development team. With Berger, he’ll continue to executive produce all High Noon series and specials and oversee production in the Denver, Los Angeles and New York offices.

He will work alongside Denver-based VP Development Katie Neff who oversees that headquarters’ development team that primarily focuses on top-tier cable networks.
In their expanded roles, Plant, Parent and Spudich will continue to find untapped talent and develop character-driven docuseries and formats around them.
