Fox News Channel said that its correspondent Abby Huntsman will be the new co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend, with her official first day on Saturday. She joins Clayton Morris and a rotating male co-host on the program, to deliver the latest news and conduct interviews.
Huntsman replaces Anna Kooiman, who left in September to move to Australia; Kooiman continues as a freelance correspondent.
Huntsman, formerly co-host of MSNBC’s The Cycle, joined Fox News as a correspondent in 2015. She contributed to coverage of the 2016 presidential election and served as a substitute co-host on America’s Newsroom and the weekday Fox & Friends.
She is the daughter of former GOP presidential candidate and Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman.
Fox & Friends Weekend airs Saturdays and Sundays from 6-10 AM ET.
