That’s saying something, given the week also included the Cubs routing of the Dodgers to advance to the World Series for the first time since 1945.
The third presidential debate clocked 53.243M total interactions. The Major League Baseball finished second for the week, though it could not keep pace with the Trump Train, logging a “mere” 21.5M total interactions. And in third place, though several more laps behind: The Walking Dead season debut, with its 14.409M total interactions.
Debate watchers preferred Facebook, which accounted for 41.5M of its 53.2M interactions. Likewise, nearly all of the baseball game’s interactions – 20.3M – came via Facebook, as did 12.5M of The Walking Dead‘s interactions.
