Josh Radnor, Aya Cash and Fortune Feimster are joining topliner Noël Wells and Carly Chaikin in F*cking People, the indie dark romantic comedy written and being directed by Theresa Bennett. Shooting is underway in Austin.
The plot: Determined not to become her feckless parents or to be drawn into any relationship longer than a one-night stand, Zoe (Wells) struggles to keep her head above water with her failing business and her failing love life. Startled to find herself falling in love with Paul (Radnor), she’s devastated to learn that he’s married, with kids, and it takes her concerted effort to rise above her life and finally fight for what she wants.
Ash Christian is producing for Cranium Entertainment in association with BondIt and Titan Global Entertainment and producers Melodie Sisk, Coleman Lannum and Mark L. Lester. Mason Novick, Michelle Knudsen, Jeff Sackman, Berry Meyerowitz, Matthew Helderman, Luke Dylan Taylor, Sean Patrick O’Reilly, Jon Wroblewski and Summer Finley are exec producing.
Sackman and Meyerowitz are handling worldwide sales.
