CAA has created what it claims to be the world’s largest brand management company with CAA-GBG Global Brand Management Group, a joint venture with Global Brands Group Limited Holding. The new entity, which will combine the resources of both companies’ brand management capabilities, will have 24 offices in 20 countries and include Coca-Cola, Jennifer Lopez and the Bob Marley estate among its clients.
“We have a tremendous track record of success in creating robust licensing platforms for our clients in the North American marketplace,” said CAA president Richard Lovett. “The formation of CAA-GBG enables us to marry the vast resources of both CAA and Global Brands to create world-class business building opportunities for our combined clients globally.”

CAA has developed and managed more than 100 licensing deals for its clients including Eva Longoria’s Home for JCPenney and Kate Hudson’s Fabletics. CAA’s head of licensing Perry Wolfman will serve as CEO of the new company, while Global Brands’ Jared Margolis, president of its brand management group, will serve as president.
