The preliminary slate of panels for the 2016 edition of television and content festival Seriesfest have now been unveiled. Happening June 22-26 in Denver, Colorado, highlights from this year’s Seriesfest include “Women in Media” with Kim Cattrall and Vanity Fair’s Krista Smith, a discussion of BBC America’s The Hunt with Emmy-winners Alastair Fothergill and Huw Cordey, and an all new “Anatomy of a Show” focused on FX’s The Strain. The festival previously announced the Independent Pilot Competition taking place June 23–25, with 34 new shows in competition featuring the likes of Brad Leland, Jane Lynch, George R.R. Martin, Tahmoh Penikett, Maisie Williams and Michael K. Williams. Seriesfest 2016 kicks off June 22 at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre with an opening night performance by Grammy award-winner Sia, and the North American premiere of The Hunt. Opening night tickets and VIP passes are currently on sale, with tickets for single events and programs to be available starting May 27.
