Tara Long signed a new long-term deal with Entertainment One Television to continue running its U.S. Alternative Programming. The move comes two weeks after eOne TV continued its push into the U.S. unscripted space by acquiring a majority stake in Naked & Afraid producer Renegade 83.
Since eOne TV launched its U.S. Alternative Programming division under Long as EVP, the unit has developed and produced such programs as BET’s Nellyville, It’s A Mann’s World and The Sheards and WE tv’s Mary Mary. It also has inked first-look deals including Kevin Healey (Scare Tactics, Fameless), Riaz Patel (How Do I Look?), and Mark Ford, Kevin Lopez’s Creature Films (Behind the Music) and Chris Deaux’s Two Fifteen West Entertainment.
