WME has signed actress, dancer and singer Julianne Hough. She is coming off a starring role as Sandy in Fox’s highly rated and well-received special Grease: Live. She rose to fame as a professional dancer on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars where she was a two-time champion and served as a judge for the past two seasons.
Hough’s feature credits include Dirty Grandpa, Safe Haven, Rock Of Ages and the Footloose remake.
Along with her brother, fellow pro dancer/actor Derek Hough, and Tessandra Chavez, Julianne Hough won an Emmy in 2015 for the trio’s choreography work on Dancing. She also toured with Derek in 2014 and is branching into clothing design in a collaboration with MPG Activewear.
Hough was with CAA. She continues to be repped by her manager Jason Barrett of Alchemy Entertainment and lawyers Jason Sloane and Lon Sorenson.
