Seth Meyers has booked Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders as his lead guest on Thursday’s Late Night.

The Vermont senator yesterday agreed to debate Dem frontrunner Hillary Clinton in Brooklyn, on April 14, five days before the New York state primary. In January, Meyers pronounced 74-year-old Sanders in the ‘Betty White Zone’ of coolness.

Sanders’ rival Clinton last visited Meyer’s NBC late-night show in December to declare the GOP frontrunner no longer funny. “You know, I have to say, Seth, I no longer think he is funny,” Clinton said, back when Donald Trump had just announced his plan to bar Muslims from entering the country, temporarily.
