Prodigy Public Relations has promoted a pair of senior publicists: Jason Kasperski to VP Corporate Communications and Jenny Bloom to VP Film Publicity. The pair have been in overdrive ahead of this week’s kickoff of SXSW where the agency will be repping five pics including American Fable and And Punching The Clown.
Kasperski, a onetime literary publicist whose clients included Larry King and Stephen J Cannell, has been at Prodigy since 2012 and services accounts including Gersh, Electric Entertainment, XYZ Films and Freestyle Digital Media. Bloom arrived in 2013 from working for the likes of the LA and Palm Springs film festivals and has overseen PR campaigns for films including 99 Homes, Rolling Papers and Last Days In The Desert among others. They will continue to work with Prodigy president & CEO Erik Bright and COO Alex Klenert.

“Jenny and Jason have grown into exceptional media strategists so this is a natural step and most-deserved,” Bright said. “I am excited to have them join the executive ranks during this growth period, and look forward to working with them as we continue to focus on providing our corporate and film clients with the highest level of service.”
