Looks like it’s going to be an uphill climb for attorney Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk). AMC has dropped the Season 2 key art for its Breaking Bad prequel series Better Call Saul.
Better Call Saul follows down-on-his-luck McGill (Odenkirk) as he navigates the moral dilemmas of the legal world while trying to step out of his older brother’s shadow and make a name for himself.
The show was an out-of-the-box hit when it premiered in February, becoming the biggest series debut in cable history in the adults 18-49 demo, en route to being cable’s No. 1 new series of the season in total viewers (5.9 million), adults 18-49 (3.7 million) and adults 25-54 (3.6 million) in Live+3. On the heels of back-to-back Outstanding Drama Series wins for its predecessor, the show earned seven Emmy noms including best drama for its 10-episode first season, which wrapped in April. It also won a pair of Critics’ Choice TV Awards.
Better Call Saul returns February 15 at 10 PM on AMC.
