ABC has put in development a multi-camera comedy from Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ Milojo Prods and Andrew Leeds.

Kelly Ripa Mark ConsuelosWritten by Leeds, the untitled project centers on husband and wife Marty and Florie, who are trying to fend off the gentrification of their neighborhood in Brooklyn. When each of their three daughters announce they are romantically involved with the very people who irritate Marty and Florie so much, they are forced to finally let these people into their lives. Leeds executive produces with Ripa, Consuelos and Albert Bianchini.

Milojo and Leeds previously AndrewLeedsteamed on another multicamera comedy project, Poor Pam, which also was set up at ABC. Milojo’s Secret Guide To Fabulous aired its second season this past summer. The company also has gotten into the digital space. Their latest online series Cheerleaders NJ is available on YouTube’s Awesomeness TV. The company currently has additional non-scripted and digital projects in the early stages of development and production.

Leeds has written pilots for NBC, ABC, Fox, USA, and Showtime. As an actor, Leeds is known for his three-season run on Bones as demented serial killer Christopher Pelant. He also was a series regular on ABC’s Cristela.

Milojo Prods is repped by CAA and attorney Steve Warren. Leeds is with  CAA, Principato Young, and attorney Jared Levine.
