‘The Wiz Live’ Key Art: Stars Ease On Down The Road To NBC Production

Here is our first look at the key art for NBC’s latest live production of a Broadway musical. The Wiz Live! stars — from left to right below — David Alan Grier as Lion, Shanice Williams as Dorothy, Ne-Yo as Tinman and Elijah Kelly as Scarecrow. Also on the playbill are Queen Latifah as the Wiz; Mary J. Blige as Evillene, the Wicked Witch of the West; Stephanie Mills, who played Dorothy in the original Broadway production, as Auntie Em; Uzo Aduba as Glinda, the Good Witch of the South; and Amber Riley will play Addaperle, the Good Witch of the North.

Kenny Leon is directing the show, which is produced by Universal Television in association with Cirque Du Soleil. The Wiz Live! airs December 3.
