Oprah Winfrey’s ‘Belief’ Set For Global Rollout On Discovery

The international rollout for OWN’s original documentary series Belief will begin in December on Discovery Networks International and continue through March in more than 220 countries and territories.

Discovery Networks International says the global rollout is designed to maximize the series’ impact at relevant times around the globe. It will air in Asia Pacific in December and January, Northern and Southern in December, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa in January and Latin America in March.

Narrated by Winfrey, Belief explores humankind’s search for meaning and connection, asking the question “What do you believe?”, as it searches the origins of diverse faiths. Webbed throughout each hour are stories of people on spiritual journeys, taking them to sacred spaces around the world.

Belief is co-produced by Harpo Studios and part2 pictures. Winfrey, Sheri Salata, Jon Sinclair, David Shadrack Smith, Greg Henry and Kim Woodard executive produce.
