Reality Producer Oliver Bogner Inks Overall Deal With All3Media America

In one of Greg Lipstone’s first moves as All3Media America CEO, he has brought into the fold one of his former clients at ICM Partners, reality producer Oliver Bogner. Bogner and his Bogner Content banner have signed an overall deal with All3Media America to develop and produce unscripted content for both broadcast and cable. The company will be based out of the All3Media America Los Angeles headquarters.

“Oliver is an extremely talented producer who has found great success at an early age,” said Lipstone. “I look forward to this new chapter in our relationship.”

Bogner, who is 22, has created, developed and sold projects to various networks. He previously had a deal at Relativity Television. Bogner’s series  credits include Kim Of Queens, My Five Wives, Little Weddings, The Woodsmen, The Boonies, among others. Bogner Content is a family business with Bogner’s father Jonathan Bogner serving as Head of Development and Production.

“My agent just became my boss, and I couldn’t be more thrilled,” said Bogner. “Everyone at All3 is extremely passionate about creating the best content possible, and I am excited for my company to join the team.”

The deal was negotiated by ICM Partners, which reps both parties.
