Leslie Jones, Miley Cyrus Out-Orgasm Meg Ryan On ‘Saturday Night Live’

The 41st season opener of SNL gave plenty of air time to featured player Leslie Jones. Host and musical guest Miley Cyrus also was a fulltime participant, delivering her opening monologue in what may have been a 1968 Lilly Pulitzer shower curtain and, later, performing an excellent pair of numbers in a wig composed of…well, who the heck knows what it wasn’t composed of? Both of them showed up for a sketch set at Katz’s Delicatessen, in a recreation of the immortal fake-orgasm scene from When Harry Met Sally, which was mildly funny while giving full expression to Jones’ vocal gifts (and showing her, for once, in a wig that didn’t have her looking as though she was plugged into an electrical outlet 24/7).
