EXCLUSIVE: Real-life sisters Greer Grammer (Awkward) and Spencer Grammer (Rick And Morty) are set to guest star in an episode of CBS midseason drama Rush Hour playing, of course, sisters. This is their first time playing opposite each other in a series.
A re-imagining of the hit New Line feature franchise, Rush Hour, from Warner Bros. TV and Bill Lawrence’s Doozer, centers on a maverick LAPD detective — the wise-cracking Dr. Carter (Justin Hires), and a by-the-book detective from Hong Kong, Lee (Jon Foo) — who knock heads when they are forced to partner up.
Greer and Spencer will play sisters Destiny and Heather Lamb. Destiny is Heather’s younger sister, with ambitions to become an actress. Heather turns to the police for help when Destiny goes missing after a night of partying, but Lee (Foo) and Carter (Hires) soon learn that this reaches farther back than just one missing persons case.

Greer Grammer will next be seen in the title role in feature Emma’s Chance, from director Anna Elizabeth James and as one of Charlie Manson’s killer girls in Lifetime’s upcoming original movie Manson’s Lost Girls (working title). In addition to her role as Summer Smith in Rick And Morty, Spencer Grammer’s other TV credits include Greek, Mr. Robinson, Chicago P.D., and Ironside. Greer Grammer is repped by APA, Strategic Talent Group and Ginsburg Daniels LLP.
