Esquire Network bagged its best primetime and total day with a Back To The Future marathon on Wednesday to mark the date to which Marty McFly and Doc Brown time traveled in the original movie. Esquire aired all three Back To The Future films throughout the day and night. The stunt clocked its best numbers in primetime, logging 591K total viewers and 334K demo viewers in primetime, with 172K of them being in its target men 18-49 demo.
The 7:30 PM airing of the first installment in the Back To The Future trilogy is the network’s most watched telecast in its two-year history. The network ranked No. 9 among all cable networks in adults 18-49 for the night.
The marathon also delivered Esquire’s biggest total day in its history: 248K total viewers and 144K demo viewers including 75K men 18-49 viewers.
