CAA Hires Manager Jelani Johnson As Film Lit Agent

CAA said today it has hired manager Jelani Johnson to join the Motion Picture Literary department as an agent. The move reunites the agency with Johnson, who got his start as a CAA intern. He will be based in the L.A. office. Johnson is a founding partner of management and production outfit The Mission Entertainment, specializing in repping diversity talent. Before that, he was a manager at Generate.
