‘South Park’ Season 19 Premiere Has Caitlyn Jenner Case In Its Sights

An image has surfaced from Wednesday’s season-premiere episode of South Park that is nothing if not stunning and brave. The venerable series from Trey Parker and Matt Stone launches its 19th season with the boys getting a new principal at South Park Elementary School who forces them “to confront the damage they’ve done through their history of racism and unconscious bias,” Comedy Central says. And Cartman apparently gets the worst of it. Butters, Stan, Kyle, Jimmy look on in mild distress as a bruised and broken Eric recovers in a hospital bed. But recovers from what? Of the episode titled “Stunning And Brave,” Comedy Central teasingly says, “The boys express their utmost respect for Caitlyn Jenner.” The episode premieres at 10 PM Wednesday. Have a look:
