‘Game Of Thrones’ Casts ‘Lucy’ Actor As Euron Greyjoy

Danish actor Pilou Asbæk (Lucy, The Borgias) has been cast as Euron Greyjoy in the sixth season of Game Of Thrones.

Euron is mentioned throughout George R.R. Martin’s book series, but actually appears in A Feast For Crows. Known as Crow’s Eye and Euron Crow’s Eye, he is a member of House Greyjoy and the eldest of Lord Balon Greyjoy’s younger brothers. He’s captain of the Silence, a ship crewed entirely by mutes whose tongues were cut out by Euron. Asbæk joins recently cast Ian McShane and Max von Sydow for Season 6.
