The nomination period for the fifth annual Fox Writers Intensive is underway. Nominations will be accepted until October 16 for the program, which is designed to nurture the careers of experienced writers with diverse voices, backgrounds and life experiences and create a strong pipeline of well-rounded talent for possible staffing on Fox productions.
This summer, writer Cindy Fang was selected as the fourth annual Fox Writers Intensive Fellow. Following the program, Fang inked a script development deal with Fox Broadcasting Company and 20th Century Fox Television. She also was staffed on CBS’ new drama Rush Hour.
Nominations can be submitted by one of the FWI’s partnering organizations or through submission by talent agents and management companies. Fox encourages emerging and experienced writers from across all entertainment media, including television, features, literature and theater or other published writers to apply.
