Three years after joining Morgan Spurlock’s production company, Ethan Goldman has been promoted to partner and Head of Development. He joins the Oscar- and Emmy-nominated producer as partner of the NYC-based company along with Jeremy Chilnick and Matthew Galkin.
Since joining Warrior Poets in 2012, Goldman has worked to expand its TV, film and digital units, developing projects that reflect Spurlock’s signature irreverent flavor including American Takedown for A&E, Dark Horse Nation for History, feature-length docu Freedom! The Movie for CMT Films and AOL’s first longform series, Connected. He is also working on Smartish, a soon-to-launch multichannel network backed by Maker Studios. Goldman also was an executive producer on Censored Voices, a feature documentary that premiered at Sundance last year. Other producer credits include Storm Chasers, LA Ink, Brooklyn 11223 and MTV’s The Shop.
