Duck Dynasty maker Gurney Productions has signed an overall deal with Rob Worsoff and Brian Wendel through their new ThunderPants Entertainment shingle. Under the agreement, Worsoff and Wendel will develop projects in the film and television space.
“Rob and Brian are two of the most creative guys in our industry, and we’re thrilled that they’re joining the team to add to our slate of top-notch programming and world-class talent,” said Scott Gurney, President & CEO, Gurney Productions.
Worsoff and Wendel have produced shows for National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, A&E, MTV, Bravo, VH1 and CBS. In addition, Worsoff has previously worked on Gurney’s hit series including Duck Dynasty and Auction Hunters.

Gurney Prods has developed and produced successful series for networks including A&E, Discovery, Syfy, Spike, Animal Planet, Nat Geo, TLC, Weather Channel, CMT and El Rey. The company is behind hit shows such as Duck Dynasty, Auction Hunters, Leah Remini: It’s All Relative and Fat n Furious. They also produce Shark Week specials that have included Sharkageddon and Monster Hammerhead.
