Men At Work alum Adam Busch has signed on to multi-episode recurring arcs on the second season of Fox smash Empire and USA Network’s new alien-occupation drama Colony. In Empire, he will play Chase One, a sexy, gifted, avant-garde gay artist who’s doing a photo shoot, and is infatuated with his male star. He’ll join series stars Taraji P. Henson and Terrence Howard, along with new Season 2 guest stars Marisa Tomei, Chris Rock, Alicia Keys and Lenny Kravitz.
In Carlton Cuse-produced Colony, Busch will play Owen, Bram’s science teacher who hates the forced-curriculum he has to teach now that they’ve been colonized. A sort-of mentor to Bram, he is hip and nerdy at the same time, a relatable guy who avidly studies astronomy and other sciences to figure out what exactly is happening in their world.
