‘Scream’ Premiere Grows To 1.563M In Live + 3 Day Viewing

MTV boasted this afternoon that its Scream premiere cumed a total of 6 million viewers who sampled at least one minute in L+3 ratings.

The average L+3 audience for the series’ premiere telecast was 1.563 million. The premiere had logged an average of  1.03 million viewers of all ages at 10 PM in its launch, which was considered an okay opening.

Among 18-34 year olds, Scream’s premiere audience grew from 440,000 to 664,000. Among 12-34 year olds, the average audience grew from 687,000 viewers to 997,000 in L+3.
