After recurring for the first season on TV Land’s Younger, Molly Bernard (Pay It Forward) has been promoted to series regular for Season 2. Bernard plays Lauren Hiller in the series that stars Sutton Foster, Hilary Duff, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor and Nico Tortorella. Younger follows Liza (Foster), a 40-year old woman who pretends to be 26 in order to get a job in the highly competitive world of publishing – and succeeds. Now working under the prickly Diana (Shor), Liza has to figure out how to balance her real life with bestie Maggie (Mazar), and her “pretend” life with new friend and coworker Kelsey (Duff)…all while embarking on an exciting and somewhat confusing relationship with sexy tattoo artist Josh (Tortorella). Bernard is repped by D2 Management and Innovative Artists.
'Younger' Gets Season 6 Premiere Date On TV Land
Noah Centineo (How To Build A Better Boy) has joined the cast of ABC Family’s drama The Fosters as a series regular in a recasting. He’ll play Jesus Adams Foster, originally played by Jake T. Austin, who left the series at the end of Season 2. Austin tweeted in March that he had decided to exit the series and when Jesus had gotten into a traumatic accident at the end of the season, it was believed his character had been killed off. But it was revealed in the Season 3 opener that Jesus survived and had gone off to boarding school. Centineo will join the series in the second half of Season 3, premiering in 2016.
