EXCLUSIVE: Deadline reported last week that Aaron Paul has signed on to star in Come And Find Me, the drama which Zack Whedon has written and will direct. British actress Annabelle Wallis has now boarded the film as the female lead, Claire. The story follows Paul’s character, David, who must track down his missing girlfriend after he realizes she’s not who she was pretending to be. The script appeared on the 2012 Black List.
Shooting starts next month in Vancouver with Automatik’s Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Oddfellows’ Chris Ferguson producing. Motion Picture Capital is financing with Leon Clarance producing and Laure Vaysse and Jo Monk exec producing.
Annabelle and Peaky Blinders star Wallis has several movies coming up including Louis Letterier’s Grimsby with Sacha Baron Cohen and Mark Strong which Fox releases in early 2016; psychological thriller Mine with Armie Hammer; and Guy Ritchie’s epic King Arthur. She’s playing Maid Maggie in the Warner Bros pic that just finished shooting.
Wallis is repped in the U.S. by UTA and by Untitled Entertainment and United Agents in the UK.
