Grammy-winning producer, musician and longtime American Idol judge Randy Jackson has signed an overall production deal with Endemol Shine North America where he will develop unscripted, scripted and digital programming.

In addition to his on-air presence on American Idol, Jackson has produced several unscripted TV series, including MTV hit Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew.
Formed after merging the US operations Endemol, Shine and Core Media Group, Endemol Shine North America is part of Endemol Shine Group, which produces Big Brother (CBS), The Biggest Loser (NBC), Hell on Wheels (AMC), Kingdom (DirecTV), MasterChef (Fox), MasterChef Junior (Fox), as well as new summer programs The Island (NBC) and Bullseye (Fox).
On the music side, Jackson, repped by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners, has worked with Smokey Robinson, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and Madonna, among others. In addition, he has recorded and performed with Bruce Springstein, Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Journey and Carlos Santana.
