TNT is adding to the cast of drama series Legends. Winter Ave Zoli (Sons Of Anarchy), Kelly Overton (True Blood), Aisling Franciosi (The Fall) and Steve Kazee (Shameless) have signed on as new series regulars, joining star Sean Bean (Game Of Thrones) for the upcoming second season. Ave Zoli, repped by Don Buchwald & Associates, SMGSB and Inspire Entertainment, will play Detective Gabriella Laska, whose fierce drive hides behind a free-spirited Bohemian laissez-faire; Overton, repped by Innovative and LINK, is Nina Brenner, a tough, ambitious CIA Intelligence Officer who refuses to cave to pressure from her rival liaison in British Intelligence; Franciosi will play Kate Crawford, whose parents are both Chechen, but she talks and looks like a typical British teenager. She has a troubled relationship with her mother and stepfather, and she’s searching for her own identity; Kazee, repped by D2 Management and Innovative Artists, plays Curtis Ballard, a role that appears in two time periods – aged 30 in 2001 and mid 40s in present day. Young, Ballard is a by-the-book, clean-living FBI Agent. He is intelligent, private, but not without humor. Later, Ballard is scarred, driven, obsessed after failing to catch a criminal in the past.
