Producer Jesse Collins (Real Husbands Of Hollywood) has teamed with Umami Burger founder Adam Fleischman for a TV series Midnight Cook Club. Hosted and executive produced by Fleischman and executive produced by Collins under his Jesse Collins Entertainment banner, Midnight Cook Club is described as a talk show mashed with a food competition show and an examination of American cuisine in the simplest way possible — over dinner. The series was created by Jason Preston, Jenny Hope, Geoff Skinner and Fleischman.
Fleischman has appeared on Food Network’s Iron Chef America and The Best Thing I Ever Ate as well as Cooking Channel’s Unique Eats. He also co-founded 800 Degrees Pizza and serves as co-founder and managing director of AdVantage Restaurant Partners. He is repped by Nixon Peabody. Preston, Hope and Skinner are repped by Gray Law.
Collins recently inked with BET Networks, where his production company does The BET Awards, The BET Honors, BET Hip Hop Awards and the upcoming UNCF An Evening Of Stars. He is repped by ICM Partners, the Collins Jackson Agency, Niles Kirchner Management, Richard Thompson and Alan Hergott.
