Rob Mayes (John Dies At The End) has landed a series regular role on the upcoming 13-episode third season of ABC’s summer drama series Mistresses. He will play Mark, a carefree guy who becomes part of April’s (Rochelle Aytes) unlikely family. He eventually winds up working with Harry (Brett Tucker), where a fabulous bromance begins.
Developed by KJ Steinberg based on the British series, Mistresses stars Jes Macallan, Aytes and Yunjin Kim. A search is underway for a fourth female lead to succeed original co-star Alyssa Milano, who departed after Season 2 because of the series’ decision to move the production to Canada. Steinberg is executive producing with Rina Mimoun, who runs the show with her, Robert Sertner and Douglas Rae.
