Days Of Our Lives alum Nathan Owens is making his foray into primetime. He’s been cast as a regular in the upcoming third season of Marc Cherry’s Lifetime series Devious Maids. Owens will play Jesse, a handsome military vet who returns stateside to settle back into civilian life. He is repped by TalentWorks, Mosaic and attorney Jeremy Tenser.
Lloyd Owen (Apollo 18) has booked a five-episode arc on end-of-world drama Apocalypse Slough. The Sky series, which will air on NBC in the U.S., follows an eclectic group of ordinary people in an extraordinary situation: A collision is imminent with an eight-mile-wide comet that’s destined to wipe out all life on Earth. Together, they hunker beneath the town of Slough, about 20 miles west of London, to watch the end of the world on TV. Owen, repped by Buchwald Agency, Hamilton Hodell in the UK and Sanders Armstrong Caserta Management, will play U.S. President Farrell, who is trying to come to terms with the end of the world approaching.
