Ben Woolf, who played Meep in three episodes of FX’s American Horror Story: Freak Show, is in critical condition after a traffic accident in Hollywood last night. The actor, who stands 4-foot-4, was struck in the head by the side mirror of a passing car, an LAPD spokeswoman tells Deadline. Woolf was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition. The accident happened at about 9 PM at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Gramercy Place. The driver pulled over and remained at the scene and is not facing any charges at this time, police said.
Woolf also has appeared in indie horror features Haunting Charles Manson, Dead Kansas and Unlucky Charms.
