With some of its unscripted series, including Project Runway and Kardashian family spinoff Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons, already produced in New York City, Bunim/Murray Prods. said today it is opening a New York office. It will be headed by Rob Bagshaw, the showrunner/executive producer who helped launch Project Runway All Stars and Top Chef Masters. Bagshaw joins BMP as SVP Development and Production.
Bagshaw’s resume includes more than 1,500 hours of live TV with British late-night talk shows and morning/daytime fare including The Big Breakfast and This Morning, location productions Paradise Hotel and Castaway, and competition formats such as Jim Henson’s Creature Shop Challenge and Top Chef Masters.
Prior to Bunim/Murray, he served as the EP, current programming & development at BBC Worldwide Productions and was former head of international programming for UK production company Mentorn.
