Health and wellness television network Veria Living is changing its name to Z Living as part of a rebrand. The network says the decision reflects the network’s global expansion, aligning it with its largest programming affiliate and worldwide distribution partner, Zee Entertainment. The Z Living roll out is slated for October 2, beginning in the U.S. The Z Living linear channel will be launching in Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and the Caribbean and by year’s end will be available on every continent except Antarctica, said Z Living CEO Eric Sherman.
The network says it will continue its focus on original programming which includes three October premieres – children’s show Yogapalooza, new episodes of returning dance/fitness series BollyBlast; and Season 2 of primetime series Good Food America. Three new series are slated for early 2015: Fit, Famous & Fabulous, makeover show Natural Reboot, Natural Medicine Saved My Life and new seasons of Under The Sun, and Workout From Within.
