The Transformers alum today pleaded guilty in Manhattan criminal court to charges stemming from his disrupting a performance of Cabaret on Broadway. Shia LaBeouf was arrested June 26 and charged with one count of criminal trespassing and two counts of disorderly conduct, the latter a violation rather than a criminal offense. The plea bargain includes no lockup or probation; the case would be dismissed if he stays in treatment for three months and out of trouble for six.
Police said the troubled actor was being extremely disruptive throughout the first act of the show at Studio 54 — smoking, yelling at actors and cussing out security personnel. He was jailed overnight. LaBeouf’s reps have said he has undergone treatment for an alcohol problem since the arrest.
