Two-time Emmy winner Dana Delany is set to star opposite Ron Perlman in Amazon Studios‘ drama pilot Hand Of God, written by Ben Watkins and directed by Marc Forster. It centers on the powerful Judge Harris Pernell (Perlman), a hard-living, law-bending married man with a high-end call girl on the side who has a religious awakening and starts having visions and hearing voices through his ventilator-bound son that could be God speaking to him. Delany will play Pernell’s wife, Crystal. UTA-repped Delany most recently starred in ABC’s Body Of Proof. She won two lead actress Emmys for China Beach.

Chris Williams has joined the cast of NBC’s multi-camera comedy pilot One Big Happy. Written by Liz Feldman and directed by Scott Ellis, One Big Happy revolves around two platonic friends since childhood — a lesbian, Lizzy (Elisha Cuthbert), and her straight male best friend, Luke (Nick Zano) — who have been living together and trying to have a baby via artificial insemination for some time. They finally get pregnant, just as Luke meets and impulsively marries the love of his life (Kelly Brook). Williams will play Roy, a former college football player married to Leisha (Rebecca Corry), who misses the freedom of his party lifestyle. He is repped by APA and Anonymous Content.
