EXCLUSIVE: In a competitive situation, CAA has signed Stephen Amell, star of the hit CW drama Arrow. Amell, who was a series regular on Hung and recurred on Private Practice, was with SMS Talent. He is managed by Michael Garnett of Leverage and his attorneys are Jason Sloane and Harris Hartman.
